Some of the services and solutions we provide

LARGE FORMAT printing

Our large format plotter allows us to offer many products for a wide range of applications.

We can print a wide variety of materials with Roland ECO-solvent inks. The main substrate is vinyl, suitable for many applications (textiles, walls, sheet metal, acrylic, wood, glass, floors, etc.), but we can also print banners, polyester and paper.

This machine not only prints but also cuts, simplifying production steps, reducing costs and allowing us to offer a more competitive service.

Our ECO-solvent inks offer:

1. Lower toxicity:
They are less harmful to the environment and human health than traditional solvent inks.

2. Less odour:
They give off fewer fumes and have a milder smell, making them more suitable for indoor environments.

3. Versatile adhesion:
They adhere well to a variety of substrates, making them useful for a wide range of printing applications.

4. Fade resistance:
They offer greater resistance to fading, ensuring prints keep their quality for longer.

5. Durability:
They last longer outdoors, better withstanding exposure to the elements such as rain and sunlight.

These eco-solvent inks have become popular thanks to their combination of lower environmental impact and good printing properties.

To protect these prints we use a protective film called laminate, which shields them from wear over time and from everyday scratches.

This film is applied 24 hours after printing the chosen material, using a laminating machine that can work cold or hot depending on the specific needs of the material being protected.

We also offer decorative vinyls from the 3M Di-Noc range.

Part marking, laser cutting and CNC

These technologies offer a range of advantages, from precision and versatility to production efficiency and customisation, making them essential tools in modern manufacturing

Part marking:

  1. Identification and traceability: Enables clear, permanent identification of parts, making them easier to track throughout the manufacturing process, quality control and inventory management.

  2. Customisation: Allows marking with specific information such as codes, serial numbers, dates, logos or variable data according to customer needs.

  3. Strength and durability: Provides a permanent mark that resists corrosion, abrasion and external agents, ensuring long-term legibility and traceability.

  4. High precision: Allows very precise marking, even on small surfaces or materials that are difficult to mark.

  5. Versatility: Can be applied to a wide range of materials, including metals, plastics, ceramics and more.

Laser cutting:

  1. Precision: Provides high-precision cutting, allowing very detailed and complex cuts in a variety of materials.

  2. Material versatility: Can cut a wide range of materials such as metals, wood, acrylic, plastics and fabric, among others.

  3. Speed: Allows fast, efficient cutting, optimising production times compared with other cutting methods.

  4. Minimal deformation: Causes minimal thermal distortion in materials, which is especially useful for high-precision cuts.

  5. Design flexibility: Makes it easy to cut complex, customised designs without the need for additional tools.

CNC milling:

  1. Precision and accuracy: Allows parts to be manufactured with very tight tolerances and high dimensional accuracy.

  2. Automation and repeatability: Once programmed, the CNC machine can repeat operations with high precision and repeatability, reducing human error.

  3. Material versatility: It can work with a wide range of materials, including metals, plastics, wood and composites.

  4. Efficiency and speed: Provides efficient, fast manufacturing processes, resulting in shorter production times.

  5. Design flexibility: Allows the creation of parts with complex shapes and designs, adapted to the customer's precise specifications.
